What is your maximum capacity?
We have set our maximum capacity to 100 guests for the 2016 & 2017 seasons. The maximum that we can seat indoors is 50. A larger group (50-100) would likely require a tented reception/dinner. We do not provide the rentals (tent, table, chairs, etc.), but can recommend some great local rental companies.
Can we provide our own food?
Do you have a sound system?
We have an extensive indoor sound system that is controlled via wifi – making it possible to DJ from your iPhone. We also have a large PA system for outdoor use which is available to rent.
Do you have a cut-off time?
Due to local ordinances, amplified sound must be shut off by 10pm with vendors and guests leaving by 11pm.
Where do our guests park?
Sunset Cove has very limited on-site parking. For events of over 30 guests, you’ll be required to provide shuttle service to and from a nearby lot. We can give you all the details on your tour.
